One of America’s most notable female jazz pianists, vocalists, and composers, “Blossom Dearie” was widely admired for her effortless delivery and charm.
Featuring Robyn Gisbert on vocals, Justin Adams on piano, Andrew Rose on bass, and Kevin Matthews on drums. The group will take the audience on a musical and biographical journey through Blossom’s whimsical and jazzy songbook. One of the last of the supper club cabaret performers, she collaborated with greats such as Miles Davis, Stan Kenton, and with Bob Dorough give voice to Schoolhouse Rock! favorites.
