The Mexican Heritage Celebration and Rodeo feature a variety of specialty acts choreographed by Jerry Diaz, a fourth-generation champion charro. You will get to experience Mexican-style bull riding, bareback riding, trick roping, Mariachi music, side saddle girls, and the Portuguese-style Bull Fights.
