World Radio Premiere!! Allan Harris’ “The Genius of Eddie Jefferson”

In honor of the centennial year of birth of the amazing vocalese-composer-singer Eddie Jefferson, the acclaimed vocalist Allan Harris’ brand new recording is a tribute to one of his musical heroes: “The Genius of Eddie Jefferson” which features the former Jefferson touring and recording band alto saxophonist, Richie “Alto Madness” Cole. Thanks to Pat and Allan Harris, Love Productions, Jeff Moskow and Resilience Music Alliance for allowing KUVO Jazz to be the first radio station to play this soon to be released recording ahead of its scheduled issue on April 27th.
