We have more holiday music coming your way this week, thank you for celebrating the holidays with us!
Our talented daytime hosts will continue to play seasonal tunes throughout the week to keep you in a festive mood.
It all starts on Wednesday, with “The Night Beat: Jazz Beyond Category,” Doug Crane will play Christmas songs he likes a lot. Our music director, Arturo Gómez will feature Louis Armstrong’s “Twas the Night Before Christmas” on his “Annual Christmas Eve Show” along with other holiday favorites. The Jazz Odyssey comes back for the Holiday Special Part Two. On Christmas morning on the “Jazz with Andy O” you’ll hear Duke Ellington’s “The Nutcracker Suite” in its entirety. Later in the evening, enjoy two new programs, “Piano Jazz Christmas 36” and “Jazz Night in America: A Holiday Celebration.” And finally, not to be missed, “A Latin Soul Party Christmas.”
