The Makery Cake Company sponsors Live at the Vineyards

On Eats & Beats, we have been highlighting the many restaurants that will present at our signature fundraising event, Live at the Vineyards, happening on August 17. Today we featured The Makery Cake Company, which has been serving top-quality wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and cakes for any occasion to the Colorado community since 2006.

With a background in molecular biology, founder Desiree Kelly found her passion for baking after being asked to make her sister’s wedding cake. Having grown up as an artist, Kelly’s expertise in aesthetics and science alike makes for the perfect cake. Try it yourself at this year’s Live at the Vineyards, where The Makery will be serving parfaits and tiramisu.
