Telluride Jazz Festival | July 31-Aug. 2
This year marks the 38th celebration of the American art form for the Telluride Jazz Festival, offering critically acclaimed artists in Jazz, Funk, Soul, Latin, World Beat and brass bands.
Don’t forget to stop by and say hi at the KUVO booth – and pick up some free swag!
The 2015 festival line-up includes special guest Ernie Watts, Maceo Parker, and the Bill Frisell Trio. See the full list of featured musicians here.
Exclusive live music showcases, industry-related panel discussions, and artist-lead instructional workshops will occupy the Free Stage at Wilkinson Public Library in an effort to encourage community interaction and facilitate public awareness of Jazz music without requiring any monetary exchange.
The Telluride Student All-Stars Jazz Ensemble hosts standout student musicians from across the country for a week of instruction, rehearsals, peer collaboration, and multiple live performances on the Main Stage in Telluride Town Park and the Free Stage at Wilkinson Public Library. This year a select group of these veterans will return to Telluride to perform an exciting set as the Telluride All-Stars 20th Reunion Group.
Beyond the great music, the festival includes a themed parade, instructional workshops, panel discussions, wine and spirit tastings, delicious food, and craft beer. For a full festival schedule, click here.
