Rich’s performance credits include Red Rodney, Charles McPherson, Nick Brignola, the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Mel Tormé, Tony Bennett, Nancy Wilson, Dakota Stanton, Natalie Cole, the Colorado Symphony, and others. He was the leader of the house band at El Chapultepec for several years in the 1990s. His CDs include “Because I Love You” and “Live at Sherman’s Coffee House.”

Rich is a multi-reed artist, proficient on alto, tenor and soprano saxophones, flute, and clarinet. The band includes Dave Hanson on piano, Ken Walker on bass and Todd Reid on drums. These four musicians have played together for years, so they will be calling out tunes and responding in real time. The audience will get to see a professional jazz quartet making music on-the-spot!
