Freddy Rodriguez brings a festive and funky sound to KUVO, with Andrew Hudson at bass, Skip Lynch at drums, and Chad Schneider at trombone.
Freddy Rodriguez and the Jazz Connection performed at the famed El Chapultepec Jazz Club for more than 40 years. The late saxophonist Freddy Rodriguez Sr was a beloved member of the Denver jazz community, and his son, pianist/vocalist Freddy Jr. continues his legacy with the Jazz Connection. The band will be performing jazz and Latin versions of well-known holiday songs.
It’s Freddy Rodriguez and the Jazz Connection, LIVE on KUVO, Tuesday, December 13 at 5:00 p.m.
LIVE performances on KUVO JAZZ are supported by Bonfils Stanton Foundation, Drum City Guitarland, Grace Design Pro Audio, Listen Up, Schmitt Music – Englewood, and made possible by KUVO’s Studio Club and Beat Collective members.
