Spotlight On: Adobo Food Truck- A Live at the Vineyards Food Vendor
Live at the Vineyards is Saturday Aug 10th and the countdown is on. There will be great entertainment (Kermit Ruffins and the BBQ Swingers), wine (served by Balistreri Vineyards) and tons of food (provided by over 25 restaurants in the Denver Metro area).
One of those vendors (Adobo Food Truck run by Blaine Baggao) stopped by KUVO recently to tell us his favorite dish, how he got started running a food truck and more. Tickets for Live at the Vineyards are available at kuvo.org
