Rekha Ohal & Dexter Payne at La Cour | Sundays

First Sundays at La Cour are a treat with duo Rekha Ohal & Dexter Payne at 7pm to 10 pm. They play a variety of music, ranging from Sinatra and Ella to Radiohead and Beck, in a jazz and pop format. A long-standing favorite in the Denver scene, Rekha & Dexter are excited to be performing at La Cour monthly.

Clarinetist Dexter Payne has performed from Tijuana to Paris, from Montreal to Buenos Aires. Payne is equally at home playing Brazilian choro jazz (modern instrumental spectrum of musica Brasileira – choro, samba & nordestina) as he is playing jazz and blues. And yes, you may also find him on the business end of an alto or bari sax, or even blues harp!
