R&B Jukebox Honors Strong Women from the Golden Age of Rhythm and Blues
March is National Women’s Month, and the R&B Jukebox is celebrating the strong women from the Golden Age of Rhythm and Blues!
Dance and sing along to tunes from the ’40s, ’50s, and ’60s by powerful singers such as Ruth Brown, Carla Thomas, Aretha Franklin, The Shirelles, and of course Etta James, and many, many more.
Join host Rolando Garcia on Saturday, March 19 at 6 pm. Only on KUVO JAZZ!
