Program Special: R&B Jukebox Goes to Mardi Gras | Feb. 6, 2016
Mardi Gras is just around the corner which means it’s time for the annual R&B Jukebox New Orleans/Mardi Gras Show!
Every year on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday, the R&B Jukebox celebrates the incredible, danceable, poly-ryhthmic, good-time music that personifies the people, food, and culture that is unique to New Orleans.
Artists include Fats Domino, The Spiders, Allen Toussaint, Professor Longhair, Huey “Piano” Smith, Earl King, Paul Gayten, and Lee Allen, just to name a few.
Tune in February 6 from 6 to 8 PM MT to join host Rolando Garcia as he celebrates the rich R&B heritage of The Big Easy, The Crescent City – New Orleans!
