On Stage: Tony Desare

This Sunday, August 5, at 4 p.m., KUVO’s performance series “On Stage” throws you back to the Rat Pack era with singer, pianist, composer, and raconteur Tony Desare from the Vail Jazz Festival.

Downbeat Magazine calls Tony Desare a “rising star male vocalist,” thanks to his six CDs, and performances from Carnegie Hall, on YouTube with Postmodern Jukebox, with symphony orchestras and headlining in Las Vegas with Don Rickles. His performance this summer as part of the Vail Jazz Festival was with the dynamic 17-piece H2 Big Band.
