Nelson Rangell Quartet “By Light” Album Release | Feb 16

Nelson Rangell’s new release “By Light” is Rangell at his creative and emotional best! The Quartet will celebrate “By Light with two sets on Saturday, February 16 at Dazzle.  His stated ambition throughout his endeavors has been “to try to consistently grow and evolve as a player and broaden my horizons as an artist while endeavoring to make music that people will feel and relate to.” With his musical armory encompassing flute, piccolo, alto, tenor and soprano saxophone as well as whistling, he was well equipped to fulfill this desire.

The Quartet is: Nelson Rangell – saxophone/flute, Eric Gunnison – piano, Bijoux Barbosa – bass, and Mike Marlier – drums
