From The Brightside to The Nightside with Andy O’

Andy O ‘ began with KUVO as a volunteer in 1989 and became Music Director with the station in the mid-1990s into the early 2000s. He is a published poet and winner of the James Ryan Morris Tombstone Award for Poetry and Jazz.

He is a bassist with Coyote Poets of the Universe who have six albums out and is writing music for their seventh release.

Andy has been a big fan of radio since his childhood in Denver listening to theater of the mind and radio variety shows near the end of the radio age. Andy has lived in Denver most of his life but also lived in Wyoming as well.

Tune in Tuesday through Friday mornings, 6 – 9 am for “Jazz with Andy O’ (aka The Brightside)” and Sunday nights 10 to midnight for “The Nightside with Andy O’.”
