Love Triumphs at Wheat Ridge Theatre Company!

Love is in the air and at Wheat Ridge Theatre Company it will triumph! Their latest musical production Triumph of Love, based on a play by 18th-century French playwright Pierre de Marivaux, tells the story of a young princess who falls in love with the man who is arranged to assassinate her to reclaim the throne for his family. To win his heart, she disguises herself and her lady’s maid as men, and along the way, she ends up seducing his philosophizing uncle…and his philosophizing aunt. Filled with captivating harmonies and intricate dance steps, Triumph of Love is a gender-bending, farcical journey to everyone’s happily ever after.
