“Eats & Beats” air Wednesdays on KUVO’s “The Morning Set,” and our weekly food features will spotlight a few of the restaurants providing food for the 2024 Live at the Vineyards event on August 17, 2024 at Balistreri Vineyards.
On May 22, 2024, our guest was Brenda Islas, the bar manager at Palenque Cocina y Agaveria in Littleton. Though their offering for August 17 is still undecided, she regaled us with stories of tradition, ingredients, menu items, and drinks!
