Live at KUVO: Rico Jones Quartet | May 7

Up-and-coming Denver tenor saxophonist Rico Jones will be performing live at KUVO with his quartet May 7 from 5 to 6 PM MT.

Rico will be accompanied by Alex Heffron on guitar, Joey Pearlman on bass, and Kevin Matthews on drums. 

A 17-year old junior at Denver School of the Arts, Rico was one of 32 high school students selected nationwide for 2015 Grammy Camp. 

Rico possesses serious talent, gained by a fierce dedication to the music. He told the Denver Post, “[I’m] completely in love with the music, and willing to put in the hours needed to be really articulate in what they’re trying to do — and accurate.”
