KUVO’s New Overnight Lineup!

KUVO welcomes two new hosts to its overnight jazz lineup: Dee Alexander and John Hill.  They join Dave Schwan and Neil Tesser, providing the mix during KUVO’s overnight hours.  All four hosts with the Jazz Network are based at Chicago’s WFMT.

You may recognize the name Dee Alexander.  The jazz vocalist and educator has CDs of her own in the KUVO library, and she sang at the Niwot Festival “Jazz on 2nd Avenue” in 2014.

John Hill has programmed jazz at radio stations around the country for more than three decades.

Dave Schwan has forty years behind the mic, and he agrees with Duke Ellington’s dictum: “If it sounds good, it is good.”

Neil Tesser is a GRAMMY®-award winning jazz journalist.
