KUVO Studio Club: ‘Impromptu’ Performance: Alfredo Rodríguez Trio | Mar 9

KUVO Jazz welcomed the Alfredo Rodríguez Trio to the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio on Friday, March 9.  Here’s an edited version of the half-hour performance.Edit of radio performance of The Alfredo Rodriguez Trio at KUVO's Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio with host Andy O'.

The young Cuban pianist now living in Los Angeles, Alfredo Rodríguez was discovered and brought to the US by Quincy Jones who has produced all 4 of his outstanding CDs. Alfredo on piano with Omar Hossn on bass and Michael Olivera on drums.  The Trio will also play at Dazzle at Baur’s Friday, evening at 6:30p and 9pm.
