KUVO Studio Club: Ben Markley Trio | July 10

The Ben Markley Trio will play for the Studio Club on Tuesday, July 10 from 4 to 5pm in the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio. The trio will be playing a mixture of original material from Markley’s recent recording with Greg Osby (which Dru plays on) as well as standards. Markley will also be premiering some new material written specifically for their residency at Nocturne Jazz & Supper Club on Tuesdays throughout July. This is Ben Markley’s second year in a row to do a trio residency at Nocturne and is looking forward to enjoying the opportunity to develop something over the course of many weeks.

The Ben Markley Trio is Markley on piano, Seth Lewis on bass, and Dru Heller on drums.
