Dazzle Presents: KUVO Jazz Messengers Series & Rolling Smoke BBQ Pop-Up

Dazzle presents three evenings of music and a Rolling Smoke BBQ Pop-Up in celebration of KUVO’s Jazz Messengers.

Tuesday, October 20, at 7-9:30 pm – Taylor Scott Band
Denver based, the Taylor Scott Band has become known for transcending musical genres by impeccably embracing a raft of them.
Grown out of Americana Music, Taylor Scott Band delivers a live show that adds groove driven Funk, Soul, Blues and Rock & Roll to the pot. Onstage, the road-tested Taylor Scott simply kills it night after night. Good luck trying to sit down or stay still when he’s on stage.

Wednesday, October 21, at 7-9:30 pm – Maria Maria feat. Miguel Soldevila
Maria is a renown diva in our local cities of Denver and Boulder, Colorado. Growing up in Geneva, Switzerland along with having an American and Ecuadorian family heritage, the nature of Maria’s compositions and preferred musical styles to perform are multicultural and multi-lingual which offer a unique richness of spice and flavor to each rendition she unveils. The sounds you will hear while listening to Maria’s voice will transport you to different parts of the world in a matter of minutes. This is the ambiance she consistently and intimately reveals wherever she goes. She is a composer of many songs, including salsas, cha chas, boleros, ballads in her fluent languages of French, Spanish, and English. Discover the raw and the rare in Maria Maria, you won’t regret it.

Thursday, October 22, at 7-9 pm- – Dave Corbus Quartet
The Dave Corbus Quartet brings together original music compositions in the traditional guitar quartet format featuring Dave on the guitar, Jeff Jenkins on Piano, Ken Walker on bass, and Michael D’Angelo on drums. Original music that reflects feeling in the moment and stems from a deep respect of the jazz tradition, both modern and past, that mixes with the blues and funk and all forms of music and allows the band to transcend genres and cover a wide variety of styles and feelings.

ROLLING SMOKE BBQ POP-UP:
Offering 1 meat plate ($16), 2 meat plate ($18), or 3 meat plate ($20). Each plate will come with choice of two sides.

Oct 20 Meats: Pork Spare Ribs, Burnt Ends, Hot Link Sausage, or Pulled Pork

Oct 21st – Meat: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, or Honey Bourbon Sausage
