Jazz Goes to the Movies Week 3
Week 3 of “Jazz Goes to the Movies” turns its attention to Foreign Films. You’ll hear music from two classic films by director Jacques Demy and composer Michel Legrand: The Umbrellas of Cherbourg and The Young Girls of Rochefort.
Other composers featured will include Ennio Morricone, Nino Rota, Herbie Hancock and Ryuichi Sakamoto from films directed by Federico Fellini, Pedro Almodovar, Michelangelo Antonioni and Alejandro González Iñárritu.
