High School-Collegiate Series — Jazz Workshop Orchestra on KUVO JAZZ

KUVO’s High School-Collegiate Series returns in April with the Denver School of the Arts Jazz Workshop Orchestra under the direction of Dave Hammond.

The Denver School of the Arts brings a large ensemble of 18 student musicians, so we’re moving over to the larger Masterpiece Theater, with room for a limited audience of parents and supporters.

Join us for a LIVE broadcast from the Masterpiece Theater at the Buell Public Media Center, featuring the Denver School of the Arts on Tuesday, April 5, at 7:00 p.m.

The band:
Saxes: Thomas Romano – Baritone, Ben Giesen – Alto 1, Wyn Parney – Alto/Tenor 1/Clarinet, Quintin Shimonek – Alto 2, Sosy Kokozian – Tenor 2.

Trumpets: Koki Renwick, Jonas Gilbert, Owen McCormick, Hailey Burton.

Trombones: Luke Miller, Sam Fraterelli, Kaden Power.

Piano: Salvator Saia

Guitar: Stephan Lazarus

Bass: Wyatt Mead
