Happy Birthday KUVO! Thirty-five years ago, this weekend, August 29, KUVO went on the air for the very first time. Since then, it’s been an amazing ride.

Every studio was a new beginning, a step forward in technology, with new tools and new methods for connecting audiences with the community, a diversity of cultures, and an amazing depth and breadth of music. And now, at the brand-new Koelbel KUVO Studios in the Buell Media Center, we’re poised to deliver more music, better-sounding and more reliably than ever before.

WE did it!!

Thanks to an active, involved audience (yes, our LISTENER-MEMBERS), KUVO has defied the odds and found a way not just to survive, but to THRIVE! This is a testament to the power of community, the power of pulling together, the power of music.  Our 35th anniversary is an opportunity for all of us in the KUVO community to give each other a socially distant high five!
