For the next few weeks on Eats & Beats, we will be highlighting the many restaurants that will be feeding us at our signature fundraising event, Live at the Vineyards happening August 12th. Today, we featured Good Foods Catering on The Morning Set.

Darby Donohue, owner of Good Foods Catering, is a long-time friend of KUVO. He is a Denver Native, has over 30 years of experience catering in the region, and loves cooking meals that are not only tasty but also eco-focused and healthy too! He came in to chat about how he got his start in the industry, reminisce with Carlos on KUVO and his restaurant career’s shared anniversaries, he gave a snapshot into the process of catering, and revealed what’s on the menu for Live at the Vineyards.
