Five Points Medical Center Sees Families Through Generations

Nurse Program Manager Felicia Boyd – from the Gipson Eastside Family Health Center - joined First Take with Lando and Chavis to talk about the center’s legacy of providing medical care for the Five Points area.

The center has provided medical care to the Five Points area for so long practitioners have built lifelong relationships in the community. It is not uncommon for the center to see families through multiple generations.  

Since the Affordable Care Act, the center has seen an explosion in patients.
