Su Teatro continues its Resistance tradition! Musicians are our storytellers and their songs allow our community to remember our struggles and triumphs. In honoring this democratic, storytelling tradition they say, “May the Circle be Unbroken and Expanded.”

The inauguration Resistance Jam is both a celebration and a call to action. The previous administration exposed many of the violent shortcomings in our country, so this Resistance Jam is a celebration of the end of an era. It is also a call to our communities to address the lingering unresolved problems and a call to build a better future. The power of music to inspire change, renew our spirits, and breathe life into our culture is why we keep the inauguration Resistance Jam tradition alive.
