We are delighted to welcome the Spencer Zweifel Trio back to the Nocturne stage. This marvelous trio is made up of musicians heavily steeped in the jazz traditions who share an incredible musical chemistry and bring a hard swinging edge to their live shows.

Spencer Zweifel is an accomplished jazz pianist who has performed in a wide variety of genres across Colorado as well as in tours around the US. Spencer graduated in 2019 with a degree in jazz studies from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2021, Spencer completed a Master’s in jazz studies at William Paterson University, where he studied with Bill Charlap, Aaron Diehl, and Geoffrey Keezer. In 2020 Zweifel formed the Spencer Zweifel Quintet which has since released 2 records, including 2022’s ‘Before It’s Too Late’.
