Join us on Fridays for an unforgettable series presented by The Reid Poole Quintet as they explore the rich and vibrant musical heritage of New Orleans, from the early jazz sounds of legends like Bunk Johnson and Louis Armstrong to the contemporary influences of Ellis Marsalis and Nicholas Payton. This series will feature a virtuosic and versatile rhythm section of Matt Smiley (bass), Steve Denny (piano), and Tim Stombaugh (drums), along with a rotation of phenomenal horn players: a special guest from The California Honey Drops, Grammy award winner Miles Lyons (trombone), along with members of the stellar Air Force Academy Falconaires Adam Bartczak (trombone) and Jaime Parker (trombone).
