This band is a collaboration between NYC-based guitarist Joel Harrison and his allies in Colorado. At separate times Jim and Joel, as well as Steve and Joel, hit it off at a session a few years back and resolved to do more. This 2 guitar outfit will do resource guitar roots across the stylistic spectrum, whether jazz, rock, or country. They’ll do some of Harrison’s original works as well.

The NY Times called Harrison “protean and brilliant.” His latest record, Anthem of Unity, was described by Jazz Trail as “featuring phenomenal rhythmic pulsations engendered by legendary drummer Jack DeJohnette, adventurous melodicism from saxophonist Greg Tardy, and extra harmonic color by organist Gary Versace, who, together with Harrison, creates colorful groove-centered tapestries.
