Joined by Seth Lewis on bass, and Dru Heller on drums, David Bernot performs a wide variety of music inspired by the chord-less trios of the jazz lineage. The trio will perform original works by David Bernot, as well as works from Sonny Rollins’ Way Out West, Steve Grossman’s Way Out East, and Joe Henderson’s An Evening With Joe Henderson.

David Bernot is jazz saxophonist based in Denver, Colorado. In 2022 David won the International Jazz Award for saxophone in Carinthia, Austria. He has performed with many prolific jazz artists including Bob Mintzer, Lee Konitz, Terrell Stafford, Greg Gisbert, Colin Stranahan, Veronica Swift and others. He is currently attending the University of Northern Colorado for a Doctorate in Jazz Composition. His debut album Never-Ending Cycle was released in partnership with Nocturne Productions in 2022.
