Bob Schlesinger is a pianist whose work covers styles that include Jazz, Blues, R&B and Classical. In 2017 he received a Pathways to Jazz grant to record with bassist Eddie Gomez, guitarist Mike Stern, and drummer Billy Drummond. Prior to this he co-lead the jazz/funk group Purple Squirrel. Earlier in his career he spent a dozen years with singer Hazel Miller.
