Celebrating the life and music of trumpet great Clark Terry; who would be 100 years old on Dec. 14, 2020. Stafford Hunter & Greg Gisbert; both alumni under the tutelage for the great Clark Terry will present some of the music Clark was best known for. Stafford was a member of Clark’s big band during the last 10 years of Clark’s life. Come celebrate the life of one of the world’s greatest trumpeters, educators & human beings.

Clark is an alumni of Count Basie and Duke Ellington’s orchestras in the 40-50’s, participated on legendary recording of Duke, Basie, Dinah Washington, Quincy Jones, Thelonious Monk, etc… and was a mentor to the likes of Miles Davis, Wynton Marsalis, Dianne Reeves, Herbie Hancock, and countless others. Even after multiple medical issues, he continued to educate youth almost until his final days. Come celebrate our love and appreciation for the great Clark Terry.
