Comprised of Tenia Nelson (piano), Brendan O’ Donoghue (bass), and Andreas Schmid (drums), Spherio is a Denver-based modern jazz trio that honors the musical language and dialogue started by one of American music’s most iconic and prolific composers: Thelonious Sphere Monk.
