Sherefe performs their superb renderings of Balkan, Greek, Turkish and Arabic songs. These musicians are very accomplished and devoted to their craft and the music is very lively, animated and fun. Core members include Jesse Manno on Bouzouki, Baglama, Ud, Flutes, Vocals and percussion, James Hoskins on Cello, Gadulka, Zurna and vocals, and Brett Bowen on percussion and Julie Lancaster on accordion and vocals and Dexter Payne on Sax.
