What happens when an iconic recording inspires a chef and sommelier?

RENDITIONS – An interactive five course dinner event where the art of gastronomy and music collide.

Once per quarter, the Nocturne hospitality team creates an original tasting menu that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums through flavor, texture, and emotion. In addition to celebrating the release of the new menu, the night includes interactive chats and in depth course explanations by Chef Greg Weadick and Nocturne co-owners Scott & Nicole Mattson.

For our 22nd Renditions Menu we’ll be paying homage to the eternal Chet Baker with an emphasis on the recordings he made with Pacific Records. Playing (and singing) the works in the style and mood of Chet Baker is Tom Gershwin and his quartet.
