What happens when an iconic recording inspires a chef and sommelier?

RENDITIONS – an interactive five course dinner event where the art of gastronomy and music collide.

Once per quarter, the Nocturne hospitality team creates an original tasting menu that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums through flavor, texture, and emotion. In addition to celebrating the release of the new menu, the release night includes interactive chats and in depth course explanations by Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Kuney, Chef Partner Dustin Beckner, the musicians on stage, and Nocturne co-owners Scott & Nicole Mattson.

On this evening, Nocturne will be exploring Sidewinder by iconic trumpeter Lee Morgan. Playing the album live along with other select Lee Morgan compositions will be The Gabriel Mervine Quintet.
