The 2019 SongBird Vocal Jazz Fest proudly brings celebrated jazz vocalist and clinician Rachel Caswell to Dazzle as its featured artist. Known for her improvisational prowess, her pinpoint accuracy of pitch and rhythm, and her depth of delivery and interpretation of popular song, Caswell kicks off the festivities alongside some of Denver’s best musicians.
