Pete Olstad , award winning jazz and lead trumpet player presents his own version of a “Tribute to Maynard Ferguson” at the Muse!

A veteran of such notable bands as Buddy Rich, Woody Herman , and Maynard Ferguson’s big band as well as his smaller ensemble Big Bop Nouveau, Pete brings a unique slant to the often done “tribute” to Maynard.

He will be focusing more on Maynard’s jazz playing as well as his lyrical ballad stylings . There will be plenty of high notes for those hard core “Fannadicts for Ferguson” as well.
