Building on the foundation laid by great jazz vibes players like Milt Jackson and Gary Burton, The Mullikin/Glassman Quartet adds another percussive element- the mellow, rich-timbre of the Marimba. Along with Andrew Rose, bass, and Kevin Matthews, drums, the group will explore jazz history, from ragtime to contemporary, as well as original compositions and arrangements. This evening of mallet madness will surely be intriguing, exciting, and unique.
