Join us for this special one-time performance by four preeminent voices in Northern Colorado’s creative music scene: the Matt Fuller Quartet. Led by guitarist and composer Matt Fuller, the band will showcase Matt’s unique compositions and selected standards, presenting two stylistically diverse and exciting music sets. The quartet features Greg Harris (vibraphone), John Grigsby (bass), and Dru Heller (drums).

As an artist, Matt Fuller seeks to create an experience that invites the listeners on a journey through the familiar and the unknown.  His melodies are often intimate, and he finds joy in the moments of spontaneity and group interplay.  The Matt Fuller Quartet seeks to create a unique vibe or world for each tune.

Considered “One of the finest guitarists in the area” by Jon Solomon of Westword Denver, Matt has toured nationally and internationally and performed with notables such as Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Ron Miles, Cuong Vu, and Billy Tolles.  He holds a Masters in jazz performance from CU Boulder and is a former long-time student of celebrated veteran jazz guitarist/educator Dale Bruning.  Matt lived in NYC as a freelancing guitarist and teacher from 2012 to 2015.  He teaches Jazz and Guitar classes at the Denver School of the Arts and runs a private music studio in Lafayette; for more information about Matt, visit www.mattfullermusic.com.
