On the heels of their master class performance in the “Rocky Mountain Archtop Festival”, Mafalda returns to the MUSE with her longtime guitarist Paul Ricci in the show “Impronta Latina” to perform some classics in their cutting edge sonic style. The show captures the spirit of her repertoire and brilliant international career, placing her with the music’s most refined interpreters on the world’s #1 jazz radio stations like WBGO & KUVO (where they did a “Studio Club” show), and on other leading stations like WJAZ, WUCF, KNTU, WICN and WBUR.

Mafalda’s career in Brazil includes duets with Milton Nascimento, Leny Andrade, Roberto Menescal and many others. Her USA releases feature Don Byron, Joe Locke, David Liebman, John Patitucci and others. Acclaimed by the public and the media across Europe, Brazil and the US from albums to stage, Mafalda sings Caetano, Lins, Morricone, Martino, Modugno, Menescal, Porter, Jobim, Horta, Brel and the poets of Naples in original jazz arrangements.
