Capitol Hill Concerts presents Los Bohemios Quintet.
Los Bohemios is an acoustic ensemble performing Cuban Son, Salsa, and Boleros; Bossa Nova; Latin Rock; Latin Jazz and Mexican Mariachi repertoire.
The group features Ricardo Peña (vocals, guitar and requinto), Amy Biondo (vocals and hand percussion), Ed Edwards (guitar, trés Cubano, and vocals), Mark Diamond (bass), and Jose Espino (congas and bongos).
They offer beautiful 3-part harmony, Spanish guitars, acoustic bass and Latin percussion to create danceable salsa rhythms in the style of Buena Vista Social Club or Gloria Estefan, and romantic ballads in the style of Los Panchos.
Tickets — $20 general admission, $25 day of show, $10 students, 12 and under
