Since 2021 Libélula has been captivating audiences across Colorado’s Front Range. Their music is both exciting and soulful, blending Funk and Groove with R&B and Jazz.
With powerful, soaring vocals and expressive improvisations, Libélula’s exhilarating sound brings audiences to their feet and dancers to the dance floor!
Libélula is a creative offshoot of the successful duo, Wrenn & Ian, which formed in 2018.
Performance highlights of Libélula’s 2022 season include The Aggie Theatre, Boulder Creek Festival, Downtown Boulder Fall Festival, Velvet Elk Lounge, Mishawaka Amphitheatre, Brew HaHa Festival, and the Fort Collins Music eXperiment. Internationally acclaimed Jazz artists,
Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio, chose Libélula to open their Aggie Theatre show in 2022, and Colorado Icon, Hazel Miller, has chosen them to open her Heritage Lakewood show in 2023.
