In 1969, the Beatles gave their final live performance on the rooftop of Apple Records. Creative and emotional tension among the members forced the band to call it quits and go their separate ways. With a need for privacy for their new lives, they worked with witness protection to form alternate identities.
Years later, Ron Lennon made the decision to walk away from a restricting relationship with Bono-Ono and called up the best musicians he knew: Tall McCartney, George Garrison and their trusty keyboard player Willy Preston.
While Tall & George had been working on their own musical endeavors respectively, Willy had taken an interest in Dutch culture and decided t0 extend his European stay by enrolling in a Graduate program at the University of Versailles, studying Norwegional systematic, suburban architecture and design with a focus on unique standardized private postal receptacles. His new interest and skill set was surprisingly lucrative, nevertheless it sparked a creative energy within him and the keys came calling once again.
But they needed one more important member – the irreplaceable Gringo Starr.zzzz
After a brief stint as a cowboy hairdresser in Progresso, Texas, Gringo Starr took a deep interest in South American cuisine. With a surprisingly surmountable debt on his back and an addiction to Molé, he found himself in need of income and chose to come back to his old Liverpool gang.
Now the gang is back together and ready more than ever to perform and pay back their debts during their sabbaticals.
