Special 2021 event – NEWSED radio partners Jammin 101.5 will be hosting a smaller event as a fundraiser at Number Thirty Eight restaurant and venue located at in the RINO District.

All proceeds go to NEWSED. There will be music, folklorico dance, food and drink specials. Join us!

Cinco de Mayo will return at Civic Center Park in 2022!

Dear Community,
Last year we announced the canceling of our beloved Cinco de Mayo Festival due to social gathering restrictions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. While in recent months we have seen tremendous advances made through vaccinations and the normalizing of mask wearing and other measures we regret that 2021 is not the right time to bring back the festival. We fear that the virus is still too prevalent, and the health and safety of our community is the most important thing.

We are confident that 2022 will be the year that Cinco de Mayo returns better than ever! We cannot wait to see everyone together again.
