GUITAR: The Instrument that Rocked the World

The Museum is teaming up with Alicia “Bruce” Trujillo for conversation and music with local guitar greats. Trujillo is a well-known member of Denver’s music scene with a mission to uplift and amplify voices of those who are currently underrepresented, with a focus on independent and locally made music and art.

She currently works as the Concert Director at Swallow Hill Music, hosts weekends on Colorado Public Radio’s new music service, Indie 102.3, and is Executive Director and Host for Colorful Colorado Collaborations.

On Jan. 6, explore the inspirations and motivations of Colorado musician Anna Morsett of The Still Tide. This limited capacity in-person event will take place in the “Guitar” exhibition.

Per CDC guidelines, masks are encouraged for everyone. Events are subject to change based upon federal, state or local health guidance. All sales are final unless the Museum cancels the event.
