Study how to construct the perfect Bebop lines with Daryl Gott
Saturdays 10 am to 11:30 am January 16 to March 6, 2021

In this class we will be focusing on gaining an aural, intellectual and creative handle on the Bebop language. Students will listen to Bebop masters, analyze and break down various solos and excerpts. Utilizing knowledge gained from analyzing the masters, students will use this information and write their own Bebop lines and etudes. The goal of this class is to enable each student to more clearly express themselves in the exquisite language of Bebop aka the language of modern jazz.
