The Django Festival All-Stars bring the music of the legendary gypsy jazz guitarist, Django Reinhardt, fully into the twenty-first century. Their unique, high-energy performances pay tribute to Reinhardt, who is considered one of the greatest guitar players of all time. Reinhardt’s driving, swinging style became known as “hot jazz,” and it continues to grow in popularity throughout the world. The All-Stars honor the traditions while adding their own interpretations, arrangements, and original compositions with stunning virtuosity.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from a master of Gypsy Jazz. During this rare appearance in Denver and in addition to the 6:30pm performance, the Django Festival Allstars are offering four Masterclass Workshops at 3: 30pm, for $50 each.

There will be a Bass Workshop with Antonio Licusati, an Accordian Workshop with Ludovic Beier, a Violin Workshop with Pierre Blanchard
and a Guitar Workshop with Samson Schmitt and Phillippe DouDou Cuillerier.
Bonus: Anyone who attends a workshop can purchase a ticket to a show at the student price.

Each workshop needs a minimum of 10 people to proceed. If fewer than 10 people sign up, roughly 12 hours before the workshops each musician can decide what to do: cancel or offer a private lesson for $100.
